The elevator in Nikea House is fast and convenient, with a load capacity of up to 800 kg or 10 people, and a speed of 1m/s. The cabin is spacious, luxurious, features LED lighting, and serves all floors—from -1 to the fifth. In case of unforeseen circumstances, emergency power is provided by a built-in battery, reducing overall costs and minimizing environmental impact.

SYNEGO Aluminum Window Frames

For greater comfort and coziness at home, we chose SYNEGO window frames from REHAU with triple glazing and argon gas filling for better energy efficiency. They provide:
