1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

“City Home Park” Ltd collects and uses your personal data solely for the purposes stated in this Policy.

1.1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data of Clients of “City Home Park” Ltd:

a. “City Home Park” Ltd processes personal data for the purpose of offering goods and services to its potential clients, with a clear intention to enter into a contract. d. “City Home Park” Ltd processes the personal data of its clients for the purpose of realizing its legitimate interests, including in connection with the performance of a specific contract, including for the purpose of debt collection, as well as obligations of the administrator arising from a legal act or an order of a competent authority. For this purpose, the administrator may process data such as name, personal identification number, identity document number, contract/customer number, address, phone number, email address, etc.

1.2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data of Contractors of “City Home Park” Ltd, Administrators, or Personal Data Processors:

a. “City Home Park” Ltd processes personal data of its potential contractors, representing administrators or personal data processors, for the purpose of establishing commercial, respectively, other contractual relations, offering goods and services, entrusting activities to or taking activities on behalf of its potential contractors, with a clear intention to conclude a contract. In this regard, “City Home Park” Ltd may process data that individualizes the person or their representatives, for example: data such as name, phone number, address, and/or email address, etc.

b. “City Home Park” Ltd processes personal data of its contractors for the purpose of fulfilling concluded contracts between “City Home Park” Ltd and the contractor, including for accounting purposes, in connection with the legal obligations of the administrator. For this purpose, data of the individual, such as name, personal identification number or date of birth, identity document number, address, email, phone number, etc., may be processed.

c. “City Home Park” Ltd processes personal data with explicit consent from the individual for the purposes of marketing research and offering additional goods and services to its contractors. Data such as name, email address, phone number, technical data of the individual’s devices, etc., may be processed for this purpose.

1.3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data of Employees/Workers Engaged under Civil Law Relationships by “City Home Park” Ltd.

“City Home Park” Ltd processes the personal data of its contractors for the purposes of realizing its legitimate interests, including in connection with the performance of a specific contract, including for the purposes of debt collection, as well as obligations of the administrator arising from a legal act or an order of a competent authority. For this purpose, the administrator processes data such as name, personal identification number, identity document number, contract/customer number, address, phone number, email address, etc.

For the purposes of Article 2.2 of this GDPR, “City Home Park” Ltd may process personal data of employees of its contractors or may delegate the processing of personal data to its employees, with the contracting party providing sufficient guarantees of awareness and valid consent from the employees.

The processing of personal data by “City Home Park” Ltd may be outsourced to a third party representing a Data Processor outside the structure of the Data Administrator, which provides sufficient guarantees for compliance with the requirements of the relevant legal framework in the field of personal data protection. Activities related to the processing of personal data that the Organization may delegate to a Data Processor include, for example: accounting and legal services, security services and video surveillance, development, delivery, and maintenance of software products, computer systems, websites, and others.

а. “City Home Park” Ltd processes personal data of its potential employees/workers, respectively those engaged under civil law relationships as individuals, for the purposes of personnel selection and announcement and conduct of a job competition, as well as for candidates applying for employment with the Data Administrator, with the clear intention of entering into a contract. In this regard, “City Home Park” Ltd may process individualizing data of the individual, such as: name, phone, address and/or email address, information about work experience and professional background, information about acquired educational qualifications, completed training, etc.

б. “City Home Park” Ltd processes personal data of its employees/workers, respectively individuals engaged under civil law relationships for the purposes of labor, social, and health insurance legislation, including maintaining personnel records, for those employed under labor contracts, payment of remuneration and compensation for temporary incapacity for work and disability. Next – for the purposes of the performance of concluded contract/contracts, including accounting purposes, in connection with the legal obligations of the administrator, modification, extension, and termination of relationships. For this purpose, data of an individual such as name, personal identification number or date of birth, identity document number, address, email, phone number, etc., may be processed.

в. “City Home Park” Ltd processes the personal data of its employees/workers, respectively individuals engaged under civil law relationships, for the purposes of realizing its legitimate interests, including in connection with the performance of a specific contract, including obligations of the administrator arising from a legal act or an order of a competent authority. For this purpose, the administrator processes data such as name, personal identification number, identity document number, contract number, address, phone number, email address, etc.

The processing of personal data by “City Home Park” Ltd may be outsourced to a third party, representing a Data Processor, outside the structure of the Data Administrator, which provides sufficient guarantees for compliance with the relevant legal framework in the field of personal data protection. Activities related to the processing of personal data that the organization may outsource to a Data Processor include, for example: accounting and legal services, security services and video surveillance, development, delivery, and maintenance of software products, computer systems, websites, and others.

Methods of collection and means of processing personal data.
“City Home Park” Ltd collects your personal data in the ways specified in this Policy.

2.1. Personal data of our potential and actual clients, contractors, employees/workers, and individuals engaged under civil law relationships may be obtained directly from the respective individuals; from another person for whom “City Home Park” Ltd, its representative, or an authorized person will notify the data subject; from an authority or institution, in the presence of a valid legal basis for obtaining the data. With a clear intention to conclude a contract or for the purpose of realizing the legitimate interests of the Data Administrator, we may obtain your personal data through access to public registers.

2.2. Personal data and information about an individual may be received by us in the form of documents, forms, blanks, applications, letters, and correspondence. Furthermore, we may process your personal data when you visit our office or territorial unit with established access control, access control system, and/or video surveillance.

2.3. 4.3. You have the right to receive information about the logic of the processes for processing your personal data, the purposes and deadlines for processing and storing the data, information about the categories of recipients to whom your personal data may be or have been disclosed or provided for processing on behalf of the Data Administrator.

4.4. In case you do not want all or part of your personal data to continue to be processed and/or stored by “City Home Park” Ltd, if there is no obligation for the Data Administrator to continue processing and/or storing the data or there is no predominant legitimate interest of the Data Administrator to continue processing and/or storing personal data, you may object to the processing or request to limit or stop it, as well as to delete your data. This objection or request may relate to all or some of the processing scenarios, both for the full scope of personal data and for part of it.

4.5. You have the right to request that the Data Administrator updates, corrects, or supplements your processed personal data.

4.6. You may request the deletion, restriction of processing, or return of your personal data, and the Data Administrator shall be obliged to fulfill your request in cases where:

The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
You withdraw your consent, on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
Your personal data have been processed unlawfully;

4.7. The Data Administrator is not obliged to delete, restrict processing, or return your personal data in cases where they are stored and processed:

You can submit the request in writing to our employee on-site at the office or territorial unit of the Data Administrator, as well as electronically, while complying with the requirements of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.

Protection of Personal Data.
5.1. In compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the relevant legal framework for the protection of personal data, “City Home Park” Ltd regularly conducts audits and analyzes of its activities and assesses the risk and impact on personal data, data protection, and the legal framework of the data subjects.

5.2. In this regard, “City Home Park” Ltd introduces and maintains an adequate level of security and protection of personal data in its organization and regarding its activities through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data and information security.

5.3. “City Home Park” Ltd conducts regular training and briefings for its employees to increase their awareness of their rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, as well as the development of the legal framework and technical progress.

Use of Personal Data of Children.
6.1. “City Home Park” Ltd does not intentionally collect or process personal data of children for any purposes other than those related to labor and social security legislation concerning the employees of the Data Administrator. In these cases, the employee provides consent for processing.

6.2. Although “City Home Park” Ltd does not collect or process personal data of children, it may occur during visits to the office or territorial unit of the Data Administrator, where a video surveillance system is installed. In these cases, the rules and requirements of the GDPR and the relevant legal framework for the protection of personal data are observed.

Processing and Storage Periods.
“City Home Park” Ltd processes and stores your personal data within the periods defined in this General Data Protection Policy or the periods agreed upon between the parties to the contract or when providing consent for data processing.

9.1. “City Home Park” Ltd processes and stores your personal data for periods no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing personal data;

In case you do not provide your necessary personal data, in line with the purposes of processing, due to the necessity and/or obligation of “City Home Park” Ltd to process them, we may not be able to conclude a contract with you or provide the desired goods or services.
