A real challenge for a construction company is to achieve the golden balance between high-quality execution and cost, especially when it comes to constructing residential buildings.

This very balance is the key to achieving a mission that, for most construction companies, may seem impossible – offering a luxurious level at affordable prices.

City Home is one of the companies striving for exactly that, and the residential building JASMIN in the Sofia neighborhood of “Nadezhda” is a perfect example of such a balance.

The eight-story building’s construction is monolithic, reinforced concrete, and without beams and is made of ceramic bricks by “WIENERBERGER” for both external and internal walls.

A “BAUMIT” facade system with 10 cm expanded polystyrene (EPS) thermal insulation, in combination with natural stone cladding, covering the common areas, is provided. PVC five-chamber windows, triple glazing, Low-E glass, and the central heating system ensure a maximum level of energy efficiency.

The building offers two and three-room apartments, garages on the ground level, basements in the basement, and elevators with a capacity of up to 8 people.

In JASMIN, special attention has been paid to security – the entrance door of the building is armored, and access is controlled.
