Nikea House passes Act 14, and we are awaiting Act 15

e are excited to announce that the Nikea House building has successfully passed Act 14 and we are now in the process of receiving Act 15. This is an important milestone in the construction process, bringing us even closer to completing the project. We would like to thank everyone who has supported and followed our progress, and we look forward to delivering successfully completed apartments to our property owners.
