Description
The building's structure is monolithic, with a skeleton and non-bearing brick walls. An external thermal insulation system of 10 cm EPS, fiberglass mesh, external plaster, and stone or HPL is provided. Both external and internal partition walls are constructed with Wienerberger bricks with thicknesses of 25 cm and 12 cm, respectively. The building is designed to meet all energy efficiency requirements.
Combined suspended facade executed with high-quality HPL with a wood design.
In the buildings, a plumbing installation has been designed for hot, circulation, and cold water. The main horizontal branches of the plumbing and their extensions to the vertical branches are designed openly under the ceiling of the basement as a suspended installation. The vertical branches will be laid in inspection shafts, and the floor distribution boxes will be embedded in the walls. The building plumbing installation for cold water is designed with polypropylene pipes. The pipes for hot and circulation waters are equipped with aluminum foil for pressure.
In the current project, a separate sewage system has been developed to collect wastewater, including household-fecal and rainwater from the building. The main horizontal branches and extensions to the vertical branches are designed to be suspended under the ceiling of the basement using PVC thick-walled pipes. The vertical and floor drain branches are designed with PVC pipes.
The complex is gasified, with a gas boiler in each apartment and a distribution system with collector boxes and individual metering for subscribers.
Air conditioning.
